Madrid Book Fair: Celebrating literature in El Retiro Park

The Madrid Book Fair is one of the most prominent events in the literary world in Spain and will take place from Friday, May 26 to Sunday, June 11 in the beautiful El Retiro Park . During these days, literature lovers will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in a vibrant cultural environment and discover new literary works from a wide range of renowned authors.

The fairwill feature the participation of numerous writers, who will be present at different booths to sign copies of their works and have meetings with readers. In addition, there will be a variety of activities and events scheduled, such as talks, round tables and book presentations, which will further enrich the visitor experience.

Friday, May 26 , the author Manuel Espejo will be in booth 188 from 10:00 to 12:55, while Peio H. Riaño will be in booth 70 from 12:00 to 14:00. In the afternoon, Juana Cortés will be available at booth 84 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., followed by Manuel Espejo again at booth 188 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:55 p.m. Other notable authors who will be present during the event include Dolores Redondo, Miriam Tirado, Ian Gibson and many more.

On Saturday, May 27, Peio H. Riaño will be again present in booth 300 from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m., while Ian Gibson will be in booth 177 from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. In addition, visitors will be able to enjoy the presence of Eva Manzano, José María Gallego, Javier Ruescas and other talented writers.

On Sunday, May 28, the fair will feature the participation by Fernando Aramburu, Emilio Pascual, Pablo Rivero, Sara Mesa and Ian Gibson, who will be available at different booths to interact with readers and sign their works.

The programming will continue during the following weeks with the presence of authors such as Elvira Lindo, Enrique Vila-Matas, Carmen Mola, Carlos del Amor, Luis García Montero and many more, who will be available to talk with readers and share their literary experiences.
